Whether your preference is for a studio session in our Highton studio or a location shoot at a favourite place, all of our sessions are aimed at making you feel as comfortable as possible.
Pure Newborn sessions take place in the studio during the first two weeks of your baby’s life for the sleepy, snuggly images you may have seen on our website or social media accounts. They’re actually best photographed, and most cooperative, during the first 5-10 days. It’s a teeny window of opportunity!
We have an extensive supply of blankets, beanies, wraps and props available for your use and all of our sessions include parent/sibling images.
Outdoor Newborn sessions take place anytime during the 6 weeks of your baby’s life and are shot in the early evening at a location of your choosing. These sessions are quite relaxed and are fantastic for those wanting to include older siblings. There is minimal posing and the focus is on capturing connections and familial bonds.
This fee includes your newborn session and one 30 min, personalised ordering appointment.
All of our newborn sessions include siblings and/or immediate family at no additional cost. This fee is not a deposit for packages, prints or products.
Following your newborn session, we carefully select only the best of your captures, the ones which meet our strict artistic standards. Each one is gently retouched and edited with consideration and care. Due to the time involved in this process, we allow up to three weeks for the preparation of your gallery.
The finished collection is then available for viewing via slideshow at the beginning of your individual ordering appointment. During this dedicated session, you are welcome to handle the products and experience the difference quality design can make to your images. After viewing the slideshow, you are encouraged to look through your gallery at your own pace before making final product selections. Every item on your list is then lovingly and expertly printed by a professional, fine art print lab.
You might choose to purchase prints or products or you may decide to select from our available packages. The choice is completely up to you!

In the event of cancellation, your session fee will be refunded provided at least 28 days notice is given. 50% of your session fee will be refunded provided at least 48hrs notice has been given. There is no fee to postpone your session until a later date provided adequate notice is given.
Please note, refunds will not be provided for sessions purchased at reduced, sale or promotional rates.
