• HELLO and welcome!

It's so great to have you here. Please feel free to take a look around and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch!

Founded in 2010, Baby Buddha Photography was one of the very first dedicated newborn studios established in the Geelong region.

At a time when the idea of newborn photography as an independent genre was still in its infancy, Baby Buddha Photography grew to accrue a loyal clientele and a steadfast reputation for dedication and professionalism within the industry.

Through our Pure Newborn & Outdoor Newborn Sessions, we continue to create the natural newborn images our studio has become synonymous with.

In addition to customised newborn portraiture, Baby Buddha Photography also offers Family and Maternity sessions.

Baby Remi’s Outdoor Newborn Session

Baby Remi braved a chilly evening to make the trip down the highway for her first photoshoot, an Outdoor Newborn Session

Despite the rain threatening to fall, we were fortunate that the weather held off just long enough for us to capture this beautiful new baby girl and her proud parents.

Lucy’s Pure Newborn Studio Session

Sweet little Lucy’s name was chosen by her big brother, Baxter.  As the youngest of 4 children, she’s going to have a busy time ahead keeping up with her older siblings, but for now she seems pretty content to pass the days by feeding and sleeping 🙂

Studio Newborn with Brooks

I can’t even begin to describe the cuteness that is Quinn with her baby brother, Brooks.  Not much more than a baby herself, she is so gentle with him and the delight she takes in being close to him is the most adorable thing to witness.  She’s going to be an awesome big sister!

An Outdoor Newborn Session with Ruby

Another beautiful, new family, another gorgeous outdoor session.  The best thing about shooting on location is that no two sessions are ever the same.  The light, the people, the personalities…always different.  Meeting so many great people, watching parents bond with their new babies and really getting to know these beautiful families and being welcomed into their circle to witness a really special and significant time in their lives – that’s definitely what I value most.

Ruby has an American mum and an Aussie Dad, and her arrival saw many excited relatives make their way from the other side of the world to meet her.  I was so lucky to meet not only Ruby and her parents, Chris and Aubrey, but also some of her American relatives too.  With so much love for this little doll, and with family spread everywhere, I foresee a lot of adventures ahead for her.
